- If they are full and have a waiting list, please do get on their list. You never know, you may just need their services later on.
- If they are unable to help you there, do ask if they know of any other resource available in the area.
- Be sure to thank the person you speak with. They are often underpaid, if they are paid at all. Also, they are more likely to remember and help you next time.
