Terrebonne Parish Is Offering A Grant For Affordable Housing
	The grant is a $5.7 million one that is for developers that will construct a multi-family low-income housing complex in Houma, LA. To qualify to rent a unit a household has to earn less than eighty percent of the area's median income. The Community Development Block Grant will be subsidizing the project
