Pennsylvania City Approves A New Temporary Winter Emergency Shelter |

The Lancaster city zoning hearing board at their latest meeting gave the okay for the temporary winter homeless shelter. The Lancaster YWCA will now open the shelter every evening for women and children only. The Lancaster County Coalition to End Homelessness will assist the women in finding permanent shelter |
