Developer of Affordable Housing Seeks $2 Million
	On June 26th, The Elk Grove City Council in California is going to consider a conditional loan of $2 million to Pacific West Communities who wants to build an affordable housing project near Backer Ranch Road and Elk Grove Boulevard.
