River Of Life Men's Shelter

The River of Life Rescue Mission in downtown Boise is BRMMs center of services to the homeless men of Boise, as well as the home of the New Life Program for Men in Boise. The building was purchased from the City of Boise in early 2007, and has taken the place of the old Mission building on Front Street in offering shelter, meals, clothing and chapel services. The third floor of the River also is available as transitional housing to men who have completed the New Life Program or the Accountability Program.  In April of 2010, the Mission started the Veterans Program, setting aside 19 rooms on the third floor of the River of Life shelter for Veterans to live in and receive food, counseling, and long-term care.
