House of Hope Women's Shelter
	Provides shelter for abused women and their children (boys need to be under the age of eighteen.) Also provides food, clothing, support groups, transportation to appointments, advocacy support, as well as referrals to other supportive agencies in Douglas. Shelter has twenty-four beds and can lodge up to ten families at one time. Domestic abuse victims are able to stay for up to one hundred and twenty days. Homeless women that have children are able to stay for a maximum of ten days, and after that they will be referred to other agencies that will help find them housing.
